Food was great! Attentive service. Loved how the halo halo and putos weren't too sweet. The red snapper was a little dry, but everything else we got (combo meals) were great. I could have eaten the 10 egg rolls by myself if I didn't have to share.

I’m from Memphis…I travel A LOT…had all kinds of pork/beef/chicken cooked in every way known to man. I even have a filipino restaurant right by where I live. The Lechon here was ABSOLUTELY the BEST pork belly I’ve ever had. The Pancit and Diniguan were also amazing. The only thing I ask is that you guys stop cutting your lumpia in half. When people order 10, they usually know what size they are supposed to be and you’re actually only getting 5. Your food is too great than to cripple your presentation to save little to nothing on food costs since lumpia is 70% spring roll wraps anyway. I will definitely be back.

Oh man. Caught a mention of this place on IG and it's, simply put, amazing. The food is a big, giant hug of flavor, warmth, and richness. The pork is INSANITY. This is hands down the best Filipino food we've had. Living in far Northern Illinois, our food choices are severely limited to the usual terrible fast food holes, serving up salty, incorrect orders from the hands of greasy, unenthusiastic lumps. CHIBOGAN is a diamond in the rough. We'll be back.

Chibogan — Visited October 24, 2025 Chibogan is a charming hole-in-the-wall takeaway spot with friendly staff and impressively quick service. We ordered three combo meals—beef stew, chicken adobo, and chicken skewers—paired with three complimentary cans of soda. The beef was succulent, and the chicken was just right, though the chicken adobo could use a bit more seasoning. Portions were generous, and each dish was packed with authentic Filipino flavors that left us satisfied. The food strikes a perfect balance between quality and affordability, making it ideal for a casual, flavorful meal on the go. Chibogan is a local gem worth visiting.

We found this place with the intent of eating somewhere else which was next to but decided to try here instead...and im glad we did. We tried the lechon combo and I got the pork sisig combo. Both were excellent. The lechon though I believe would be one of their best seller. The food comes out the kitchen packed and ready to go as they dont have dine-in. Not a problem. Bring it home and it will still be very warm because it was piping hot the time we recieved ours. (We ate in the parking lot and I could barely hold the container.) The flavors were also very good. The lechon skin was soo crispy amd the meat paired with their sarsa made you wish you had more rice. It may not seem like a ton of food for some compared to the price but they make up in quality. The biggest plus to is their service was very hospitable. We met Sean, (I hope I spelled it right...) and my belief is good food becomes even better when the service is on par. Recipe for return visits. Very clean as well inside and fast service knowing you are getting fresh cooked food.
